Dr.Payal Rawat is the founder, Director of Sarav Jgaruk sangthan (An NGO serving humanity). She belongs to a conservative Rajput family. She is a Gynaecologist by profession. She completed her medicine studies from MDU Rohtak. She believes that charity begins at home, so she started free tuitions and medical camps to under privileged  ones. 

Free distribution of sanitary pads and created menstruational hygiene awareness. She has been awarded by various NGO,s and government officials for her social work in the field of swachh bharat mission, girl power education, empowering women. She is known as the Pad Women of Haryana for her menstruational hygiene awareness camps.
